Important Information & Policies
Finished Pieces & Pickup Policy
Ceramics are handmade and go through several stages of drying, glazing, and firing. Cracks, breakage, or other imperfections may occur during this process, despite our best efforts. Each piece will be assessed individually to determine whether it can be safely returned. Pieces with sharp edges or that are otherwise unsafe to handle will not be returned.
We’ll notify you by email when your piece is ready for pickup. You’ll have two pickup attempts to collect your finished piece. If it remains uncollected after two attempts, it will be donated to charity.
Shipping Option

Age Policy
To ensure the quality of each piece and the safety of all participants, this workshop is designed for adults and participants ages 10 and up. Our pottery tools are not suitable for younger children.
We’re working on creating a special, kid-friendly workshop for our little clay enthusiasts. Stay tuned!
Participants ages 10–17 must attend with a parent or legal guardian, and both the minor and the accompanying adult must purchase a ticket. Each ticket covers one participant and their own materials and workspace. Each participant is responsible for following the instructor’s directions and workshop safety guidelines.
